User roles and permissions

With different roles and their permissions, everyone in your organization can participate in the growth process.  We’ve tailored the user experience for each role to keep things simple, focused and relevant.

Depending on your role you may not see all of the roles listed below when inviting another user. Below is a brief description of each role:

Growth Master - The person who owns, leads and manages the weekly growth meeting.

Core Growth Team - Anyone who is on the growth team and attends the weekly growth meeting.

Contributor - Everyone else in the company who is not on the growth team but wants to contribute their ideas and see ideas submitted by others.

Each role has the ability to control the following aspects within your Project.

Growth Masters can

Invite team members to the project
Manage roles and permissions of members associated with the project
Create ideas
Score, tag and categorize ideas
Move ideas and tests through the workflow
Convert an idea to a test
Edit and deleted ideas that are not their own
Edit and delete comments that are not their own
Activate and access nominated ideas from the team into tests
Set the testing tempo, focus area and reset time on the Dashboard
Assign a card to a team member
Edit a project
Create new projects
Manage a project's integrations
Edit the lessons learned section on a card in the Knowledge Base

Core Growth Team members can

Invite other Core Growth Team Members and Contributors
Create ideas
Score, tag and categorize ideas
Move ideas and tests through the workflow including the Knowledge Base*

*Only Growth Masters can convert an idea to a test

Contributors can

Create ideas
View ideas, tests, and completed experiments in the Knowledge Base
Make comments
