A key point to making sure your workflow is productive is to engage in weekly Growth Meetings. During these meeting, we recommend discussing the following:
- Review quantitative and qualitative metrics related to each growth lever.
- Discuss active and completed tests that were run the previous week.
- Spend time going over what did and did not work for those tests.
- Review Upcoming tests.
- Consider new ideas to be placed into the test funnel.
Every company is different, but generally it's recommended that the Growth Meeting take place early in the week, and should last around 30-60 minutes.
